Please check the following before uploading: your document should be no larger than 25MB. The format of the file is as follows: gif, jpg, tiff, png, doc, docx, and pdf.
How long does it take to verify my data?
Once you have uploaded all the files, it will take 10 minutes to 24 hours to verify your data during the working hours.
What should I do if my bills are not in my name?
If the ID file you uploaded shows your current address, you don't need to submit another file.
